Avocado Garlic Butter Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- small bunch of cilantro, roughly chopped
- kosher salt, to taste
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh into a food processor or blender. Add all remaining ingredients and blend until super smooth. Scrape down the sides as you go to ensure the mixture is consistent. Season to taste with salt.
Step 2
Place a rectangular piece of aluminum foil on a cutting board, then place a piece of plastic wrap (same size) on top.
Step 3
Scoop the mixture onto the plastic wrap and fold the plastic wrap lengthwise and roll it up a bit. Then fold the aluminum foil and twist in the opposite direction until it resembles a firm Christmas Cracker.
Step 4
Refrigerate (or freeze for a quicker result) for at least 3 hours to allow the mixture to set and the flavors infuse.
