Nothing signals the start of the holiday season quite like a batch of my Chewy Molasses Cookies baking in the oven. These are, simply put, the best holiday cookies ever. This recipe for molasses cookies yields cookies with crispy edges, chewy centers, and that perfect hint of spice to make you feel warm and toasty inside.<\/p>\n
I like to bake up at least 2 or 3 batches of these Chewy Molasses Cookies every December. They make excellent gifts for neighbors and are the perfect cookie to bring to a holiday get together. I hope these become a family tradition in your home as well. Happy Holidays!<\/p>\n
