Broccoli Cheddar is one of my favorite soups, but it can be very heavy and well, nap-inducing. This healthy broccoli cheddar soup from Basically by bon appétit really hits the mark.

It’s lighter than the traditional thick, overly cheesy version you’re accustomed to and perfectly balanced. Simply omit the cheesy croutons if gluten’s not your jam. Healthy broccoli cheddar soup is the ultimate comfort food.
