Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi Recipe

This is one of my favorite easy Trader Joe's recipes! Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi is so delicious, but can be a little tricky to cook due to its consistency (read: glued to pan). Enter the Air Fryer! Perfectly crispy, golden browned gnocchi with soft centers. So easy and so delicious!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 package Trader Joe's Frozen Cauliflower Gnocchi
  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • Olive Oil (for serving)
  • Black Pepper, freshly ground (for serving)
  • Shaved Pecorino Cheese (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl, toss the frozen gnocchi with avocado oil and kosher salt until evenly coated. Spread gnocchi in an even layer in Air Fryer basket, allowing as much space as possible between each piece.
  • Cook gnocchi for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. After 15 minutes, open Air Fryer and shake basket to rearrange gnocchi. Separate any that are stuck together.
  • Cook for another 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Carefully remove gnocchi from Air Fryer and divide between two bowls. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle each with black pepper and pecorino. Toss to combine and serve.

Cook's Notes

One bag of Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi fits perfectly in my 6-quart Air Fryer. In fact, 1.5 bags can be done with slight touching. Depending on the size of your air fryer, or the amount of gnocchi desired, you may need to repeat the process a few times.
