How To Cook Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi

Got yourself a bag of Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi and wondering how to cook them? Don’t worry, I got you. I’ve tried every cooking method for cooking cauliflower gnocchi and my favorite, by a long shot, is the Air Fryer. This fool-proof method for cooking Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi creates perfectly crispy on the outside, soft in the center gnocchi – every time!

One of my favorite cauliflower gnocchi recipes uses a simple Cacio e Pepe topping, as detailed here, but cauliflower gnocchi is delicious with a variety of sauces and toppings. Another favorite? My easy pesto! In fact, this is the hubs’ preferred combo and it’s equally easy thanks to my use-what-you-need method of freezing leftover pesto. Just break off what you need, defrost for 30 seconds in the microwave, and you’ve got yourself a healthy, delicious meal in 20 minutes flat!
